Looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on IT leader with experience in the manufacturing industry. Must be strategic and consistently bring new ideas. Must have operations savvy and must be people oriented.
The position strategically works with management to define business solutions utilizing the provided resources.
Provide visionary guidance, while also taking ownership over the planning and execution of projects in the I.T. area using well planned and documented processes and milestones.
Manage a small IT group.
Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage resources in the form of computer hardware, software, outside provider relationships, and personnel to support Company and Corporate business activities.
The person should have a customer service focus, and provide insightful, forward thinking solutions to business problems.
This is a working manager position and ability to be hands on with PC's, Midrange applications, network infrastructure, along with ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments is critical.
Qualifications:

-Manufacturing industry experience.
-Hands-on manager with the ability to participate in strategy meetings with upper Management and present new ideas.
-Experience managing a small IT group.
-Knowledge of Midrange computer systems (AS/400 preferred)

-Web design and web-based applications
